There is a place behind the old buildings that line Ayala Avenue a restaurant called Federal Seafood. Unassuming in its presence… it boasts of good food and great food. I only heard about it from the people on the team I recently joined. They often called Federal to cater to their merienda’s and birthday celebrations. [...]
