After the shock from Ondoy and Pepeng, Everyone is now ready to place blame on the government for what happened. Bills, laws and what-nots are now being dug up so people can find some one to blame for what happened.A politician suggested that every mayor and barangay chairman who didn’t follow the waste segregation act are responsible for the floods in their respective districts. Environmental awareness, is once again the main topic of discussion.
