Our office received recently an invitation to the launching of the Livelihood Lending Facility for Government Employees this May 2, 2007 from 10 am to 5 pm at the Philippine Trade Training Center (PTTC). A month or so ago, I came across a posting at http://www.gov.ph/forum/ which announced free seminars on dishwashing liquid and others and I, on pure curiousity, found a way to attend.
